You’ve heard that expression, “Leave the planning and driving to us!” That couldn’t be more true for our Trips & Tours program!  Staff and volunteers discover the most interesting, diverse, fun, informative, entertaining and sometimes challenging tours. Trips include local one-day excursions, trips across the country, or ventures to foreign lands. Keeping seniors and different physical abilities in mind, there is truly something for everyone. Our comfortable, 24-passenger van makes traveling more intimate and easier to meet new friends, too!

The Trips & Tours office is located at the Olympia Senior Center on the1st floor. All trips are open to members and the general public. Members receive a discount on trips!

Interested in hosting a tour at your location?

Trips & Tours partners with local travel agencies for overseas travel packages. We are always looking for new ideas and places to visit. If you have an interesting location, event or company that you'd like us to visit, please contact us!

Volunteer opportunities:

Volunteers are needed to help staff the Trips & Tours office, Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Duties include answering phones to handle inquiries about upcoming trips, making reservations, clerical tasks and handling payments. Ask us about being a Tour Guide or Trips Driver. To apply, complete the Volunteer Application.
