Cooking with Chef Mary
Cook, taste and learn in this relaxed and welcoming cooking class. This session includes a short, easy-to-follow nutrition talk, a live cooking demonstration using simple, healthy ingredients, time to sample the dish and share tips and questions. Recipes focus on everyday meals that are flavorful, nourishing and easy to make at home. No cooking experience needed, just curiosity and an appetite for learning.
