Services To At Risk Seniors
The Senior Nutrition Program is designed to provide nutritious noon meals to the senior population in Mason and Thurston counties. While being served in a social setting, these meals are intended to maintain and improve overall health.
Providing Seniors with rides to Medical Appointments, Senior Services Programs and Essential Errands, such as grocery shopping, visits to the pharmacy or other professional appointments!

Senior Services for South Sound (SSSS) is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 organization governed by a volunteer board of directors. SSSS operates at 7 sites throughout Thurston and Mason Counties, including two senior centers - the Olympia and Lacey Senior Centers. It is the goal and mission of SSSS to help seniors stay vital and independent in the community. Established in 1973, our agency strives to meet its goals by providing a wide array of progressive and comprehensive services including adult daycare, case management, nutrition, transportation, and respite care, along with socialization, health, and independent living programs. Services are currently provided by a staff of 52 employees and 250 volunteers.
