Come to this free presentation to learn about South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity's (SPSHFH) Critical Home Repair (CHR) program.

The program is designed to help low-income homeowners who are unable to maintain, add, or repair critical aspects of their home. The CHR program provides affordable, critical house repairs to eligible homeowners, allowing them to stay in their home by improving the quality and health of their house. To qualify for this program, homeowners must meet the following requirements: Meet the income requirement (below 80% AMI), ability to pay a portion of the repairs, own and live in the home that needs repairs, and have current homeowners insurance.

The CHR program addresses health and safety concerns such as (but not limited to): failing roof, lack of heat, electrical hazards, plumbing issues, new ramps and grab bars, additions for accessibility needs.

Please join us on Friday, April 19th to learn more, ask questions, and receive help applying for this program.
