Janis Rich has worked for Senior Services as the SHIBA (Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors) Volunteer Coordinator/program manager for over 10 years. I was a volunteer for the SHIBA program prior to being hired by Sr. Services. My background includes a graduate degree in public administration from The Evergreen State College. My work history includes various jobs in the insurance industry, including positions with insurance companies and medical facilities.
