Ikebana Workshop - Japanese Flower Arranging

Additional Information:

Ikebana roughly translates to ”making flowers come alive” and uses carefully selected blossoms, greenery and other flora to convey a specific feeling or emotion to an observer - just as a painting or sculpture might.  Students are to bring: a pair of garden shears, a kenzan (spiked flower frog), and a vase at least 2” deep to each workshop. Bringing your own flowers is highly encouraged. Each workshop is $15 per student and paid in cash to the instructor upon arrival at the workshop. Advanced sign-up is required, with a minimum of 3 and max of 5 students per workshop. Open to the public
